I have enjoyed this genre for a long time now and a couple questions occurred to me the other day.

Is it assumed the by the end of the series all women who appear on the covers will be in the harem?

Are there any books that the cover girl did not join the harem?

For me I always expect all the cover girls to join the harem. As to my second question, I cannot think of any book I have read that has a cover girl not in the harem.

I predominately use KU for my reading.

Edit: Based on some comments, I think I should clarify. I thanks those that gave recommendations, but this post what more just a question of does it happen or not. Thanks for the replies.
