Hi all
42 F here I have mild AATD (level 0.80) and recurrent early miscarriages. Has anyone with AATD successfully carried a pregnancy? Did you use aspirin or progesterone? Looking for hope and advice.

Hi all,

42 f here

Currently going through miscarriage #3.

1st MC 39 Feb 2024 /9 weeks miscarried naturally
2nd MC 40 Oct 2024/ 7 weeks needed D&C
3rd MC April 2026 /5 weeks natural .

I took us a year to even want to try again after miscarriage #2.
Every time I’ve been pregnant it’s on the first or second try.
I have a full panel done plus fertility testing and everything came back normal .
The only thing slightly abnormal was a protein called aatd that I lack in my liver (genetic) currently on a waiting list for a specialist and that could take a year .

My doctor wants me to “keep trying “ until one sticks but obviously the mental load can be a lot I’m also 42 and running out of time .

Has anyone tried anything different ?
Any success stories ?

Feeling lost 😞

Hi all

42 F here 3 losses in 2 years. No problems getting pregnant but the baby won’t stay.

I’ve had a full panel of bloodwork and fertility testing all of which came back normal.

The only thing my doctor was somewhat concerned with was my fatty liver . I found out I have an abnormal protein and currently waiting on a liver specialist.

Has anyone else had this? I’m just curious if that had something to do with my miscarriages .

My doctor wants me to keep trying until one sticks but mentally it’s so draining .
