Last month, we already gave our realtor our IDs before we started looking at homes. Then yesterday, we signed papers with lawyer, and the lawyer also verified us using Treefort app. Now a day later, our realtor wants us to fill out iluminai app for fintrac purpose. Why is the realtor asking so much again??? He already had our IDs and even lawyer verified us.

Looking to clean out household junk, clothing, and other garbage. What are some bin recommendations? And do they accept junk already in garbage bags?

We will be purchasing a 2023 used car at dealership. What documents do we request? Do they give a safety certificate too? What else we need to do at Service Ontario? Any questions important to ask?
