I sell goods on Whatnot and in the evenings around 8:30pm PST my internet connection drops to .67 MBPS and stays there for a while. I have to drop my stream and wait.
I stream with my PC and it is connected to Ethernet to my router that is connected to my (brand new) cable modem.
99% of the time my internet is great, but these slowdowns are happening more and more. I need help and the XFINITY ASSISTANT is actually terrible. It times out and it doesn't ask me the right questions. I have also spoken a live person (via chat) and they ran me through the same garbage.
How can I get a techinican to come over and take a look? I have been a comcast customer for 14 years. Help!
