Hey everyone,
I’ve been noticing something weird with my shop stats and wanted to see if it’s just me or if others are experiencing this too.
Some days I’ll get decent views and visits, even a couple of orders — everything looks normal.
Then the very next day… traffic just completely drops off. Like not a small dip — a BIG one. 70–80% down.
Then it comes back again. And then drops again.
It feels like my listings are being shown one day and then almost completely hidden the next.
I’m not making big changes to my shop daily, so I’m confused what’s causing these swings.
Is this:
- just how Etsy’s algorithm works?
- seasonal / daily demand changes?
- or some kind of rotation/testing thing?
Would love to hear if others are seeing the same pattern or if my shop is just acting weird 😅
