So, after assessing the situation and monitoring tech news, I came up with a new solution; to ensure success, you'll need to purchase three things:

1. Aqua Computer's AMPINEL external current balancer

The most important component, the key feature - aside from emergency shutdown - is the active load balancing between pins of connector, (which is forbidden by NVidia in new generations of graphics cards with 12VHPWR connector)

2. ASUS ROG Equalizer cable

Heavily reinforced cable from ASUS - I think you'll need two of them: one from the power supply to the Ampinel, and another from the Ampinel to the video card

3. MSI MPG Ai1600TS PCIE5 power supply with GPU Safeguard+ support
