i accidentally spilt a reed diffuser on my rentals wooden floor i tried the baking soda hack and to also spray it with a spray and wipe solution what can i do?

woke up with a really sore throat scared i might’ve inhaled chemicals from sanding furniture and spray painting, checked my throat in the mirror wtf is that? i assumed tonsil stones and just hacked at my throat with a q tip yet to no avail. any idea on wha it could be and wether i should go to the doctor.
