MAY DAY OFF BA ANG MGA OLA AGENTS?

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

Hi Guys, if the SEC has posted the UNRECORDED LIST OF OLA, what will happen next? Is this just a warning or is this the beginning of the process of shutting them down?

BAKIT GANITO SILA?

Bagong tactics now ng OLA is ito:

I mean, ilan ba ang bayad sainyo?

Hi guys,

A loan company emailed me this morning containing my ID and face recognition picture. I asked the agent who contacted me which loan company this was, and he confirmed the name of the OLA.

The loan is not yet due, but when I applied, the disbursement was not intentional because the money was automatically sent to my account. Out of the ₱15.5k loan amount, I only actually received ₱9,300. Right after the incident, I immediately contacted their support through the app and informed them that I was willing to return the amount I actually received. However, the agent refused to accept my request, leaving me with no proper resolution.

Because of that, I decided not to proceed with payment unless they agreed to settle fairly based on the actual amount received.

Now that they have reached out through email and confirmed that it was indeed their company, I have documented everything, including the threatening messages and harassment directed not only at me but also at my family and personal contacts.

I would like to ask for your advice on whether I should reply to them directly first, or if I should already include the relevant regulatory authorities in CC such as SEC, BSP, NBI, etc. If you think involving them is necessary, may I also ask for the proper email addresses?

I’m genuinely concerned for my safety, especially since I’m living alone here in Metro Manila. I also believe that the evidence and documentation I gathered may help is strong to expose and possibly stop these kinds of illegal practices.

Thank you.

Hi, I currently have a total debt of ₱45,000. I’m 24 years old, and I’m worried that if I’m unable to pay on time, the amount will continue to grow due to interest.

I’m considering applying for a bank loan to consolidate my debts and pay them off through manageable monthly installments.

I am currently earning 40K+ per month. However, when I reached out to a CBC loan agent, they were unable to assist me further because I am not yet a regular employee in my current job.

At the moment, I’ve been having difficulty sleeping because most of my loans are from OLA. I’m concerned about potential harassment, including possible contact with my family. That’s why I’m hoping to secure a legitimate bank loan to settle my debts.

I have been employed with my current company for 2 months, although this is already my second job.

I would really appreciate any guidance or recommendations on banks or lending options available for someone in my situation.

PLEASE I'M LEGIT
