I'm struggling to connect our controller to the App. The controller is a Rain Bird ESP-LXD that's fitted with 4G. There's no LNK2 WiFi Module. I can access it remotely via IQ4 using a browser (e.g. iq4server.rainbird.com). However, neither the site nor the controller appear when using the App (same login/account). I can't add it in the App either - it does not come up in searches etc.

I've tried both the original and the 2.0 versions of the App without success. Any ideas?
