Is Social Security field offices having more issues processing documents than ever before? Is it just me? Or are others also having problems or feeling like they are being mistreated or given the runaround?

Missing documents that aren't recorded, same issues for months with no solutions, no paper trail print out letters after talking to field agents, visiting the office more than 15 times in a span of a few months and still the same issue occurs and nothing is solved.

Is it just me???

I feel like 10 years ago SSA was more efficient. I dont understand my issue and need to see if anyone else is also having problems. Is this a new norm for social security from now on?
