I had this dream yesterday where a man is chasing me and when i got to a house of my friend. He took my son (i dont have a son but in my dream i had one) and he slash his throat and my instinct is to get a knife that is long and i got a bread knife. I slash his throat too and when he’s about to die he threatens me. He told me “I’ll come back, you’ll know it if you see a man and an elderly man.

What could this mean?

i hate my mental health so much. i cant find peace in it. its slowly eating me up. how could i if im bipolar and schizophrenic? I hate this so much.
