What happens now?
I been working for Sam for 7 months. Have enjoyed my time and hated it all at the same time. Made some great friends at my location. Was on my way to being a team lead as I was picked for the mentorship program and then they suddenly changed or I wised up to the things going on at my store. I've taken verbal abuse from my potential team lead peers and even been called a few choice words by them. But I applied for a job and got a call back and pending the background and drug test checks I'll be leaving Wally world. I told the future employer that I would like to give a 2 week notice (they did give me hours when my previous employer wouldn't and I had to beg for hours) I would like to keep it professional and not burn the bridges. I do expect retaliation or put on a non hire list. But this place has drained me mentally and I can't get through to anyone about these things and my people lead and sm are ignoring anything I say. So I'm leaving.
So what happens now? They gonna fire on the spot or when I give the 2 weeks they gonna lemme work it out?
