Is my Rx 9070xt broken?
As the title shows, I have RX 9070xt gigabyte GAMING OC I bought it 6 months ago or more, I totally loved the card especially when undervolting it!
Now that's the issue smh I noticed my clock speed isn't pushing as much as it used to... the games I usually play (WUWa, cyberpunk, other gacha games such as nte in it's beta times) those games hit 3.3ghz minimum to 3.4ghz excluding cyberpunk it almost hit 3ghz tho to be exact 2988mhz
Now smh I noticed my card pushing only 3ghz and 3.1ghz but that's rare so mostly 3.0ghz all games, hell my cyberpunk is hitting 2850mhz..
..something is off idk what it can be
Specs:
Rx 9070xt gigabyte GAMING OC
3600mhz 2x16gb
Ryzen 5700x3d
1stplayer steampunk 850w
Settings I play on:
Voltage offset: -80
VRAM: 2764 (2750) fast timing
PL: -15% or %10 (difference is 20mhZ)
I play on 1080p games that are 100% utilized and consume maxed power
(Before y'all say the GPU boosts differently for each games, I play the same game in the same scene area and that frequency I'm getting is 3.3ghz with those settings but with -10%pl I get up to 3.4ghz. now it's different)
This has been bugging me for 4 days now I reinstalled Windows (kept files and app) I reinstalled drivers through DDU 4 times now
At this point I'm begging for solutions 😭
