OK so Im trying too worldbuild a town for my story.

Its about some rich young prodigy magical girl who has too balance her regular rich life and her magical duties in the fae realm. But when she skips too 7th grade, her parents decide that she needs too socialize more with normal kids her age; so they moved too a suburban neighborhood where now she actually has too try to fit in to not be caught be nosy neighbors.

My problem isnt that I dont know what too do, I dont know how to do it.

See, I know my setting is set in a mid 2000s middle class town called greensville filled with all those suburbanites. But im worried ill make it

"Normie bad, rich unique good"

Or worse like "Annoying poor bad, Unique rich good"

Im trying too make a insufferable town and citizens realistic. Like you see that happening, like how do I make those neighberhood organizations like neighberhood watch, or try too make Hoa more annoying while still being illegal.

(Note: not asking for help with the era thing, I think I know alot about it and can integrate it in)
