They couldn’t deliver the package and have just taken it upon themselves to return it to sender. Tracking shows it going to depots where it could’ve been held for pick up but there’s no communication or ability to arrange anything like that
Parcel wasn’t delivered with no explanation given why. It has now been returned to sender with no discussion. That’s useless to me because I’m on holiday in the USA and won’t be returning to where I sent it from. I want it sent to an ups depot where it can be picked up so this doesn’t happen again. Why can’t I talk to a UPS person to sort this out?
