Seeking advice in this unique matter:
I 45M a resident of greater Houston area, me and my exwife 42 F , got Married in 2016 in pakistan. We Lived in fort bend, separated in 2019 ex wife went back to paistan and filled for divorce. In 2 -2020 she (a US citizen) was granted a Khula (divorce) in Pakistan at her own request by the pakistan court. In her petition, she explicitly waived all financial claims and assets. The divorce was accepted by both parties without any contest signed and registered by the Court- now in 2026 6 years later I remarried . She just found out and now after 6 years of divorce she has filed for Divorce n Division of Assets again, in the county i reside in (she was able to so it online)
She has lived in Pakistan for 6 years. To establish venue, she listed my parents' residence (where I live) as her own. She has never lived there.
Furthermore She has a 6-year history of electronic harassment towards me and my family-
Does she stand a chance how do I handle this
