I have these very vivid dreams that are often clumped together, like every night for 3 or 4 days and then it may be a month or two before I have them again. I can go into more detail on specific dreams, but very often there’s someone there who I don’t recognize who is like…showing me around a place I don’t recognize. It’s like I’m a known visitor and no one I know in real life shows up in these.

My ushers say things like “you’re gonna love this” and show me some cool animal that doesn’t exist. One saw my shock at a plane wobbling like it’s jelly and my usher said “you’re the only one that really sees that”.

It’s very strange, feels like they have no connection to my daily life, and I don’t know anyone who can relate. Does anyone else have these?

Once I felt like I shouldnt be there anymore, and a voice in my head, not a person in the dream, said “Allison, wake up. Allison you need to wake up now”.

It’s very strange, feels like they have no connection to my daily life, and I don’t know anyone who can relate. Side note: my Fitbit says I got like an hour or two of sleep when I have these. But I’m exhausted and out for 8-10 hours.

I’m rewatching for the 400th time and I don’t love when Tony and Carm are separated in general (probably because Wegler gets on my nerves) but my god, Whitecaps is such a perfect episode. The writing is superior, and the acting is perfection.

Carmella swinging from uncontrolled sobbing, to deadpan delivery with blank eyes, back to panicked sobbing…it’s just such an accurate portrayal of a true spiral.

Tony responding with “at least I didn’t steal from you” and quickly swinging back to calmly minimizing is exactly what a guy like Tony would do. The initial laugh when carm tells him she’s in love with furio and then (almost) uncontrolled fury…perfect. It’s all perfect.

Their demise really hurts to watch and I love when TV can do that.

Anyway, $4 a pound.

Edit: forgot to mention Robert Iler’s voice crack….Fucking stellar. And the decision to have meadow flashback to her being ungrateful to her family, and the regret there. It’s all so on point.

ALSO- Tony yelling nasty shit at Carmella while simultaneously encouraging AJ to support her— it’s such a realistic family dynamic. Dad can be an asshole to mom, but he only seems to feel regret when the kids start emulating his shitty treatment.
