I've had a cold for a couple weeks. Mainly it was coughing up green shit but there was runny nose etc as well so I've been blowing and wiping it and admittedly digging around in there a lot but my nose hurts now and feels tight or sore in a few places on both sides but my main concern is this like growth that has developed in my nostril. I know the pics kinda sick but you get the idea
