i've taken like 4 practice exams and genuinely every other question feels like a weird application that I've never done before

in my class we've literally never taken a full mcq. i took one and got 35/60... i feel like I know the concepts but just can't apply them with numbers for some reason. how do i spend a day studying? pls help
