Hey 👋
I’m Ilya, a product designer. Even with design experience, I’ve always found App Store screenshots surprisingly hard.
It’s not just design:
- you need good visual taste
- strong copy (ASO matters a lot)
- consistency across all screens
- and then exporting all required sizes…
It takes way more time than it should.
So I built Lappka, an AI tool to generate App Store screenshots based on real app styles or any reference.
What it does:
- Generate screenshots with AI from a reference or existing app
- Start from curated styles inspired by apps like Comet, MyMind, Raycast, Superlist, Twitch, Wise, etc.
- Localize screenshots to any language
- Edit manually if needed (there’s a built-in editor)
- Export ready-to-publish screenshots
No subscriptions, just a one-time payment.
It’s still in beta, and I’m trying to figure out if this actually solves the problem well.
Would really appreciate honest feedback:
- Does this solve a real pain for you?
- What’s missing?
- Would you use something like this?
