I did my oil change 2 day ago never pushed the car really over 6k rpm and oil change every 4k kilometer with 5w-40 I got the car 5 month ago and surprise I found this in my oil only 1 big chunk and like 10 other little piece and they are all rounded shape like seen the the photo around the big chunk

Is the motor going out or is it ”normal” for Genesis coupe 2.0T?

I have 159k kilometres
