So question…. Can store manger cut regular associates hour and give over time to leads?

I use to work in curbside making 21 an hour I switched out to another department due to conflict with the manager and the lead not treating me right. I ask to switch to this department because I was promised by the STORE MANAGER that I would be able to only do this new department job due to me losing 3$. 2 months later I’m in curbside everyday barley doing this other department. So I’m doing two job for less pay!!! Is there anything I can do about this I love my store but this isn’t cool.
