Hey guys!

With the RadRunner Caboose still being out of stock, I'm looking for backseat options for my 4yr old on my RadRunner Plus. I'm on the calling list for my local store whenever they get them in stock, but I'm worried it will take a while. I have a burley bee trailer that works great, but I'd love to be able to talk with my kid while we're riding.

I've considered getting just the handlebar but I'm worried about him getting distracted or getting bored of holding on. Do you all have experience with younger kids and just a handlebar in the back? How did it go?

Have you guys tried any alternatives to the caboose? Can you send links over if they worked?
