How bad is it? Log of bp over 2 weeks

Here is a log of my readings over the past two weeks. I havent started my HCTZ prescription because im worried about it but also havent felt super great (sinus stuff) the past week. Planning to start it tomorrow. Have a 25mg prescription.

How bad are these readings? Could i fix this with diet and exercise? Meds really dont jive well with me

Nearly 12 year old male beagle mix has started within the last 6 months getting spooked in his sleep without any external stimuli.

No time of day relation. Can be day sleep or night sleep and this behavior will still occur. He just jumps up and runs around like something scared him. At first I thought he was scared of his own farts but I definitely don’t think that’s it anymore.

This doesn’t seem to happen everyday but probably at least once a week maybe more sometimes. It’s happened enough that I’ve noticed the pattern.

Thoughts on what could be happening?

Had my first session today. It wasn’t even that deep. Spent time building a safe space. Unfortunately had a bad day prior and first day of my cycle, so I was feeling a lot. I got very emotional toward the end because I wanted that safe space to be real for myself so bad and really wished I had it as a child.

Left the session okay. Then cried on my drive about all my trauma. Anyways. Felt extremely exhausted about an hour after the session, then I had extreme anxiety and panic symptoms and tons of nausea/stomach upset.

I’m just wowed because I didn’t even get into my deep trauma yet. But I am worried about if I can physically handle this or not.

I am BEAT. Looking for experiences, advice, or words of encouragement pls and thanks.

Hello- 29F here. Struggled with on and off high bp since I was 19. Readings have been inconsistent. Usually 120-130/80-90 on a good day. But on bad days it has read 140-150/90-100. Today saw a new primary care doc (haven’t seen one in years) and readings were 152/104 and 145/100 respectively. (Took 2 readings )

Doctor wants to start me on 25 mg hctz. I am worried about potential electrolyte imbalances. I don’t want to end up in the ER. Any advice?

I do have liquid IV at home but I don’t want to start drinking it on the regular and make my levels too high.
