I am excited to hopefully get engaged later this year. We are both in our 30s and established. We’ve agreed to get a prenup to protect our premarital asset’s. From an estate planning standpoint, is it critical to work with a LGBT+ lawyer. What are things as a married lesbian couple we need to consider? Any thoughts / experiences are helpful.
