Hi all!

I'm preparing to move to China in late July to early August. My cats have already gotten their shots and microchips (we are just waiting on their blood tests), but I saw I need a certificate of Quarantine or something similar to use the highspeed rail pet transport.

Is anyone familiar with this and if I would be able to get it as a foreigner traveling through Shanghai? I see some things saying my passport may do but others say you need a rental document or resident card.
