Hi everyone

My parents changed their internet provider and I managed to get all their lights etc reconnected to the Nest app and Google Home, but the doorbell/camera just won't connect. Anyone got any ideas? Here's everything I've tried:

• Has been fully reset (multiple times, between each connection attempt). Reset is successful.
• Has been removed from Google Home and Google Next

Things I've tried:

• Standard process of adding to Google Nest.  Get either error code NC0003 or most frequently NC009
• Tried to connect it to a hotspot, won't connect or get NC009
• Tried to connect it to old router, won't connect or get. NC009
• Turned off 5ghz when connected to old router, but won't connect. NC009.
• Changed hotspot name to router name and turned on 'maximum capability.'  Your phone would not connect to my hotspot with the new name and password.  Tried with Mum's hotspot too.  Your phone wouldn't connect.
• 30s hold for reset
• Creating a new 'home' within Nest and adding it to that. NC009
• Tried to split router to 2.4 and 5Ghz, but it seems I can do that as it has an inbuilt(?) MPro mesh, which I'd need to turn off to change the ghz.
• WPS button/connection.
