I’m a pretty new magic player, and im returning to the game for the first time in six years. I only played against my little brother and I got really overconfident from all the whoopings I put on him. Took it to my first game shop to play and realised I couldn’t find any win cons. At the time I made it by just picking cards I liked and now I really regret it. Can I have tips/card recommendations for replacements to rebuild and improve it? I’m on a budget so I’d like to keep a core of cards. The commander is meren, and I’d like to build a reanimator esque deck around some sac outlets (yahenni, sadistic hypnotist, birthing pod etc)
