What fragrance was the biggest let down for you?

Based of how people talk about this I thought it was a ground breaking masterpiece. I tried a sample a few years ago i couldn’t believe it, I thought I got the wrong sample or something. Then I tried it again last year and I still don’t get the hype. It’s all subjective though.
