So this started with me trying to “fix” my routine a bit and somehow ending up deep into Ayurvedic herbs at 2am
Kept seeing shatavari come up everywhere for hormonal balance, stress, energy etc and I was like okay fine, let me just try it instead of reading 20 more threads
Searched for Shatavari juice and picked up one (the one I got was from Kapiva, nothing deep just easiest to find) and started taking it daily
First few days I didn’t feel anything at all which honestly made me more skeptical than anything
Then over time it became one of those things that just quietly sits in your routine. I just took it after my dinner everyday.
Its not like something you “feel” immediately but more like… you notice small shifts maybe?
From what I read, shatavari is supposed to act as an adaptogen and support hormonal balance, but it’s not like a quick-fix thing
More like something that works slowly if it works at all
Around a few weeks in, I started noticing my mood wasn’t as all-over-the-place on some days
Not a huge change, just slightly more stable. I noticed my cycles were also regular and acne was definately lesser.
But at the same time I also fixed my sleep a bit and reduced caffeine, so now I’m stuck in that loop of “what is actually doing what”. Taste-wise it’s actually not as bad as I expected, kind of earthy, slightly sweet, manageable
One thing I will say is it’s way easier than trying to consume 5 different herbs separately every day, so convenience is definitely a plus
I also read that with these kinds of herbs consistency matters more than anything, and you’re supposed to take breaks after a while
So I’m just experimenting at this point
Not saying it works, not saying it doesn’t
Just feels like one of those subtle things that might support your routine if everything else is somewhat in place. I feel I am on the way of fixing my routine this time after procrastinating a lot. Sleep is better, I feel energetic at work and my skincare is also helping.
Curious if anyone here actually stuck with shatavari long enough to be sure about it?
