My daughter (13F) has been begging me to get her ‘Neapolitan’ (I assumed she means blonde and pink, like the icecream flavor) colored highlights along with layers and bangs. I am perfectly fine with her going to get a haircut, however I am not so sure about dying her hair. She says that she wants the pink to be light, and of course, that along with the blonde would only be achieved through bleaching her hair. I don’t want her damaging her hair this young since her hair has such a rich curl (3A-B) to it and it is long enough to cover her chest so cutting it wouldn’t be ideal. I presume she would need a decent amount of bleach to achieve the color she wants. Here’s some photos she sent me for reference:
