Hi!

Im looking into setting up a dawless Dub tech setup, that runs through the Roland SP404mk2 in dj mode, so that I can play my original tracks with the sp404 and crossfade over to my dawless setup, for improvisation/jamming... could this work?!?

Will the SP404mk2 be a good choice for this? Or is there better options out there, that doesn't include a computer?

I will be running the dawless setup through a mixer, and the mixer output into the SP404. And my thoughts was also to hook up a Launch Control XL for controlling both midi cc on the SP404 and my synths.

Will there be any challenges doing this?
