Financial Irregularities just not stopping in Purva Palm Beach , Kyalasanahalli, a 20 acre ,1500 flats with 3500 residents. In the recent Mygate Notice the Association shared it had to pay Rs.52 Lacs towards past GST dues and penalties which was not deposited to Govt.
Imagine an Association which earns a Rs.10cr annual maintenance and other income of 40 lacs plus , hides the GST applicable. Honesty and integrity takes a back seat.
And these people claim to be educated.These Apartment Association people talk big. Get into their details and you will find most are jobless or doing petty business.
Heard Supermarket, Zumba classes , coaching , Medicine , salon etc all were benefitted since they were not charged GST Rather their non payment of rents were written off by Association.Now when caught by GST Department , they are recovering it from residents which includes tenants.
Bengaluru Apartment Associations are full of people with lowest level of integrity. They could not do anything in their life and want to have a Badge of President, Vice President. Corruption is at it peak. Anyone who opposes will have to test war cry from group formed based of religion , state , Sports, dance etc all with vested interests which have financial benefits.
GST Department must have a crackdown on all Apartment Associations of Bengaluru as well as the vendors who are associated with them. Huge Tax Evasion will be unearthed.
