Summer sublease, half of rent covered

Hey everyone! I am heading home and im looking for someone to take over my lease at the Accolade West for the summer, from may to the end of July.
Rent is $1029 a month + utilities but I will pay for May AND half of June.

Amenities include:
Top floor with beautiful view of the pool
Own bedroom and bathroom 🛁
Lovely pool
Fully furnished apartment
Modern gym 🏋️‍♀️
24hr security

Three other lovely girls and two pets live in the apartment. This sublease is for females only.

Rent is $1029 a month + utilities but I will pay for May AND half of June, effectively meaning rent averages out to just $515 a month!! Which is a pretty good deal considering the amount of amenities you also get with rent.

Rent includes:

- Fully furnished apartment
- Modern gym 🏋️‍♀️
- 24hr security
- Beautiful study rooms

Three other girls live in the apartment and they are all friendly. Two of my roommate have pets who are friendly too! This sublease is for females only.
