Hello guys! I really need help huhu. Di ko po alam pipiliin ko. I have two job offers from two metro pacific hospitals.
I first received a job offer from CSMC as an ancillary nurse; and right after I have sent an acknowledgement email saying that I'm goods with their offer in the morning, OLOLH suddenly contacted me for a phone call interview in the afternoon in which i didn't expect cuz it's already been a few months ago since I applied via email. However, I still attended the phone call interview with OLOLH because I'm applying there as a staff nurse and I don't have any signed contract with CSMC yet so I decided to just continue my application with OLOLH. As a result, I passed the initial interview and they invited me for a final interview.
Just last week, I was advised by CSMC to complete my pre-employment reqs and medical examination. They didn't mention the contract signing yet so I expected that the contract signing will be done after i got my fit to work clearance. However after submission of the documents and before they endorse me at their employees' clinic, they already handed me the contract. I am just a little bit confused because there are no clauses written. The contract just includes details about the position, salary, my immediate supervisor, and target onboarding date with attached job offer details.
However, I signed it because i don't wanna miss the opportunity that's already in front of me considering that it's really hard to find a job these days and i can't afford to take a risk to wait for the opportunity that's no certainty (like yung sa OLOLH), even if it's not a bedside role.
After signing the contract, i still decided to attend the scheduled final interview with OLOLH because I still can't let go of the desire in my heart to get a bedside role. And now, I passed the final interview and they sent me already the job offer.
Fyi, almost the same lang naman yung salary so i don't worry abt that too much. (In fact, mej lamang pa sa CSMC)
My concerns are:
>If i can still withdraw my application from csmc, even though i signed the contract without clauses written and accept the job offer as a staff nurse in OLOLH?
>If i should just start my professional nursing career with cardinal as ancillary nurse? Or pursue my desire as a staff nurse with a bedside role which is my original plan in the first place, in OLOH?
PLS HELP ME! I NEED SOME ADVICE!
