I emailed them and only got a cheap automated response with a fake complaint token—nothing more. No one has reached out to solve my issue. Literally no one. Just imagine if this was your hard-earned money.

I used Windsurf for two days, and I can say this code editor isn’t even half as good as Codex, Claude, Antigravity, or Cursor. All of them are better in terms of pricing, performance, and customer support. The weekly usage limits run out faster than the daily ones, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Also, their agents are the worst—you can’t use the full potential of Opus or Sonnet. I think they’re downgrading the models. Even when using the same model on Codex, it performs much better at debugging my codebase and finding solutions.

*Overall, this IDE isn’t worth mentioning*

If you want alternative I would say check for codex or native claude ide or even cursor would work better than this

My current favorite is Codex—it does the job perfectly. I’d say it really understands what you’re asking and works on it to find actual bugs and real solutions.
