I paid cash for my medication and the fact that it still hasn’t shipped is completely unacceptable. This delay shows a serious lack of urgency and accountability. Ive been with Ro for over 5mo and the medications are ALWAYS just sitting on “processing.” Turn to customer service for help and they respond with a generic transcript. I will be on vacation when RO decides to ship my goods and the meds will get ruined. After this round of injections. I will cancel my membership and get the injections else where.
