How do I dye certain parts of Clothing?

I have this pair of pants and I want to colour the blue part of it black without effecting the white part through Bleeding or other possible cause.

live thought about just using fabric paint on all the blue parts but i don’t know if it’ll bleed in the wash.

please help if you can.

I have thick low porosity 1a-1b Asian hair that is relatively oily and I can’t find anything that truly works for me. I struggle with mild frizziness and breakage especially in the back of my hair.
I currently use a native shampoo but it jus leaves my hair to oily

I’ve heard the &Honey herb smooth shampoo might work but it’s been discontinued so if you know anything similar that would also be very helpful.
