I would love to hear how your new build experience has been particularly with lennars in MN. I am generally a cautious person and I hear a lot of wariness around new build and lennars to scare me around everything falling apart , but I am considering one and imagine a lot of people also buy it and are ok? When I buy a non new build home I don’t know if I check the build etc. would love to hear from those who have bought lennars in the last few years - how has your experience been?
