Well after getting comfy at 350/400C i wanted to get the real Neapolitan experience cooking at 450/480 degrees.
A real test of skill,as the pie cooks in 60 second at that temp. I am super happy with the leoparding and also got a super puffy pizza! Definitely worth it!
