So just making sure I’ve got this right. If I cancel, there’s a fee. If I don’t show, there’s a fee. But if an instructor cancels last minute, it’s just “too bad”? Is there any member credit or benefit applied in that situation? And please don’t get me started on the waitlist protocol of CP being allowed to add you as close to TWO HOURS hours before the class, and if you cancel or miss the same predatory practices $25/$15 will penalties occur.
