Hello, last time I was using a very old version of SillyTavern that I downloaded using Zip and now I just updated it to the newest version of SillyTavern. I have no clue about some of the sliders above in the picture so please tell me the best setting for roleplay!

And maybe I need some help too with main and post prompt!
