28M. I’ve recently gone through a few serums, but haven’t really found anything. I’ve been experiencing hair fall for about 2–3 years. I also have pretty dry and rough hair. I’d appreciate suggestions for any serums or products that have worked for you.

My diet is pretty clean and high in protein, and my overall health is good. I work out regularly, so I generally maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sleep might be a bit on the lower side though — around 6–6.5 hours a night.

I come from a nuclear family setup. My father works at Aga Khan Hospital, Karachi. My mother is a homemaker. I have two brothers — my elder brother is married and lives separately, while my younger brother and I live at home with our parents. It’s a grounded, close family with good values.

Requirements for a Partner
Looking for someone who is genuine, family-oriented, and has her own sense of self. She should be educated — field doesn’t matter — and ideally from an Urdu-speaking background. A balance between being career-minded and family-focused. Most importantly, someone who takes care of herself, kind, emotionally mature, and easy to communicate with.

Deal Breakers
Dishonesty and lack of trust are absolute deal breakers. I also cannot see a future with someone who is disrespectful towards others or carries a consistently negative outlook on life.

Preferred Family Setup: nuclear - I live with my parents and will continue to do so after marriage. My elder brother lives separately with his family. The expectation is that my wife will be comfortable living in a respectful, well-functioning family home.
