Just got the bad ending for the Volga section and I'm not understanding why.

I rescued all the slaves / prisoners, used stealth successfully in all the church faction sections, collected the teddy and guitar, gathered gear, notes, and postcards, I didn't kill any surrendering opponents, and only shot bandits and monsters.

Am I missing something?
