Bathroom sink is slow draining. I cleaned the s bend. Nearly died 😳. No blockages. What else can I do?

My cat enjoys gliding out my unit door, going down the stairs, sniffing the breeze then returning to my apartment for breakfast. It takes 5 minutes. I supervise. Just received a complaint that my cat is ‘roaming’ in common areas and scaring a sick cat locked behind my neighbour’s wooden door. I have never seen this cat. I been told to keep my cat locked in my unit.

Do I mail a piss disk?
