Facebook won't let me change my name after reactivation and I can't enable 2FA
I got off facebook almost 10 years ago, but have needed to sell some stuff and marketplace is the only real option unfortunately. I signed up for FB again using my old email and to my surprise, my old profile was reawakened after almost a decade (Something I thought was gone forever, creeps me out all that data is still just there forever).
Anyways, I want to remove my last name and just go with First/Middle however I keep getting the message
>"You can't make this change at the moment This is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually use and we need to keep your account safe.
>We'll allow you to make this change after you've used this device for a while."
This is the ONLY device (My desktop PC) that I have accessed FB on. I've been using it now for almost 3 weeks and no matter what I do, I can't change it. I even tried enabling 2 factor authorization and it won't let me, giving me the same message.
Is there anyway to get around this? I absolutely loathe and hate FB but the fact marketplace is the only reliable place to buy/sell 2nd hand is forcing me to use it.
