For years this one room stays at least 10-20 degrees hotter than the rest of the unit. We have just under 1,000sqft under air, and 225+/- sqft of it is this hot room. There are no additional heat sorces other than the weather.

The ducting is old, rigid, rectangular, fiber board. It is about 4"×6" on the inside. Does this seem adequate for cooling a 225sqft room in south Florida's >90° heat?
