Starting as a SWE at JPMorgan in the Jersey City office soon. Curious what the actual work hours are like.
Do most engineers stick to a typical 9-5/9-6 schedule, or is starting earlier (like 7-3 or 8-4) pretty accepted?
Mainly wondering how flexible teams/managers are with hours as long as you’re online for meetings and getting work done.
Starting at JPM this month in the 575 Washington Blvd Jersey City office and trying to get a realistic sense of the current in-office expectations.
