Getting a deeper tone with a catless downpipe (video for reference)

**the video starts with the valve closed, then i open it to let you hear how it is now

Hello everyone, I recently went stage 2 (intake, intercooler and catless downpipe with artisanal catback).

The volume for is good because with valve closed it's similar to stock (in the video with the phone being close you can hear the gasses hitting the valve but from another car you dont hear a thing) but at higher revs the tone becomes high pitched.

Right know the configuration is catless DP followed by a 70mm line with a muffler with the valve bypass and another muffler after.

I will pin an image of the exhaust in the comments.

From what I understand a resonator cuts drone and those high frequences without muting the sound too much.

Do you guys think adding a resonator will help giving it a deeper, more refined tone?

Also adding a resonator shouldn't create back pressure right?

TLDR: do resonators give a deeper tone to the exhaust?
