I have literally know idea what cards to use or how to make it and I want to seek some advice. I’m trying to go for a repartee +1/+1 counters them of targeting creatures with spells. Also looking for unique cards with unique counter types that could be considered in the deck. The deck should be bracket 3 or low 4 and slightly budget ($150). Just feel free to respond with advice, I really appreciate the help
